Sport Driving Canada is currently seeking a full-time Customer Experience Staff to join our client’s team at the Porsche Experience Centre Toronto (PEC). **How to Apply**:
**Position Objective**:
The Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) is a brand immersion destination for automobile enthusiasts. It offers the ability for guests of all ages to take in the heritage of the brand, experience the Porsche lifestyle and the thrill of the drive, allowing Porsche to build connections with people from all walks of life. Guests visit the PEC primarily to engage in driving experiences behind the wheel of a Porsche vehicle on a purpose-built driver development track.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Prior to PEC Opening**:
- Collaborate with team members across departments to understand operational workflows and guest service requirements
**Once PEC is Open**:
- Recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities by identifying guest needs and aligning them with PEC offerings
- Upsell or cross-sell additional experiences or services based on guest preferences and interests, enhancing their overall experience
- Support guests with booking driving experiences, events, and facility activities while ensuring seamless service
- Collaborate with departments, including Sales & Marketing, Event Specialists, and the Drive Team, to provide a unified guest experience
- Address escalated customer concerns, ensuring resolution in line with Porsche Excite Standards
- Track and analyze booking trends to provide insights for optimizing sales and customer engagement efforts
- Record guest feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a deep understanding of Porsche Experience Centre offerings to inform and guide guests effectively
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Hospitality preferred
**Experience (Job and Industry)**:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or call center roles
- Experience in the automotive industry and/or a track environment is preferred but is not a requirement
- Sales experience with the ability to recognize sales opportunities
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules
- English required, French preferred, German a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pickering, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- Call center: 5 years (preferred)
- automotive industry and/or a track environment: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Event planning: 5 years (preferred)
