We are looking for a passionate , skilled, seasoned and Experienced Medical Esthetician to join our amazing current team

As an Esthetician at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you will be among the most skilled and trained skin therapists in this industry, providing each client with exceptional service and results. You are an EXPERT at resolving skin care concerns, and you will customize each treatment to your client's individual needs.

You will be providing medical grade advanced skin care treatments, laser hair removal, RF skin contouring , microneedling, IPL , Peel, LED and more. You will also provide soft esthetics such as body and facial waxing and tinting. You demonstrate high standards of sales techniques that will advance your job at prescribing our professional skincare products for homecare and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate outstanding and exceptional customer service
  • Explain treatment to the client before beginning and offer appropriate enhancements to their overall service experience
  • Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of skin care
  • Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases to result in exceptional retail sales performance
  • Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product line(s)
  • Maintain a professional work environment and appearance at all times
  • Promote esthetic services on social media
  • Replace supplies in esthetics rooms as needed
  • Follow protocols for opening the treatment room/closing the treatment room

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Esthetic diploma or equivalent from a recognized Canadian school
  • Knowledge and certificate in laser hair removal is a must
  • Knowledge of skincare line and products in Dermalogica are an asset
  • Knowledge of OxyGeneo and Forma treatments are an asset
  • Knowledge of Microneedling + IPL treatments are an asset
  • Effective and strong sales techniques and retail experience
  • Ability to host and conduct treatment plan consultations
  • Outstanding and considerate customer service skills
  • Schedule flexibility (days, evenings, weekends)
  • Strong team skills, willingness to work with others
  • Willingness to follow spa standards to keep excellent environment for everyone
