**Job Summary**:
The **Guest Experience Associate** is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives and staff members at all times

Now, if you were to come on board as our **Guest Experience Associate**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu, answering questions
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Process transactions accurately, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback to enhance the overall experience.
- Assist in coordinating events, reservations, or special requests as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Support other departments as required to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Replenish retail offerings and serve orders to the table.
- Deliver personalized customer service by anticipating guest needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Prepare coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino
- Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar
- Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
- Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar

- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous work experience as a Barista is an asset
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
- Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
