**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of customer service
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance business efficiency.
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues, negotiate solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French/Spanish or other languages is a plus (Multilingual).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making processes.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pickering, ON L1W 3C5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service or Communication Skills: 1 year (preferred)
