**Show Home Sales Consultant**

**Blackstone Homes Ltd. is award winning semi-custom home builder with 6 Show Homes in Edmonton and area. We are looking for a Show Home Sales Consultant for one of our New Show Home.**

**As a Show Home Sales Consultant, your duties include**:

- Be the front line to potential clients of Blackstone Homes
- Greeting Customers, answering questions, taking calls
- Educate and inspire potential clients on the Blackstone Homes difference
- Following up with client concerns and questions throughout the entire sale/build cycle
- Creating sales action plans to sell spec. inventory
- Marketing material preparation and well versed in social media
- Research and analyze the competition in the new home sales market
- Maintain tidy and clean sales center
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to home owners

**Education/Experience and Qualifications**:

- Education or related experience in the New Home Sales is an asset
- Individuals considered must be highly organized and detail orientated
- The ability to learn fast and think on the go
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- You love to sell new homes, and you’re successful at it.
- Your approach to selling is to qualify the buyer, listen to their needs, educate on the product and close the deal when the time is right.
- You are diplomatic and persuasive in interacting with others, leveraging your people skills to achieve results.
- You maintain poise and professionalism, and have superior communication skills.
- You are able to work evenings and weekends during standard show homes hours. Monday to Thursday 3pm to 8pm, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 12pm to 5 pm. Friday-off.

**Compensation**:
Commission based on sales

**Show Home Working Hours**:
Monday to Thursday: 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 12 noon to 5 p.m.

Friday: Off

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
