Hillview Master Builder is seeking an experienced and energetic Area Sales Manager for our Show Home in southwest Edmonton. This role requires strong relationship building skills and a successful track record in sales. Experience selling custom homes is an asset.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years New Home sales experience (preferably custom homes)
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- Self-starter
- Strong interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the customer relationship throughout the sales building process
- Work with customers to identify their needs and wants in a new home
- Convert leads to sales
- Manage show home showroom and marketing materials

Must be able to work show home hours - evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $35,000.00-$150,051.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
