**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Manage POS systems, including cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive team environment.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a skilled workforce.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Solid understanding of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Experience in interviewing and training staff members is highly desirable.
- Background in kitchen operations or barista experience is an asset.
