** Industry Leading Compensation & Benefits** **Assured Automotive Collision is seeking a qualified Parts Coordinator to join our winning team. The Parts Coordinator’s primary responsibility and accountability is to manage the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order** **Role and Requirements** - **Order all parts as indicated on the repair orders** - **Receive all parts delivered, confirming the quality, correctness and quantity of parts received** - **Accurately identify parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop** - **Enter all parts into the recommended Management Information System (MIS)** - **Label all parts by the R.O.# and store them with the vehicle and/or scheduled repairs** - **Properly return parts for credit to the appropriate supplier** - **Manage all part credits and ensure they are received within 24 hours** - **Manage vendor agreements when necessary** - **Maintain a clean and organized parts area** - **Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing** - **Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy** - **Effectively manage a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multitasking ability** - **Customer Service Oriented and strong organizational skills** - **Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift in excess of 50lbs of materials** * A Career with Us Offers - Competitive Wages - Paid Benefits Program - Paid Vacation Time Off - Employee Assistance Program - On-going I-Car, Industry and OEM Certification Training Programs - Professional Development Opportunities. - A Professional atmosphere, great working conditions with dynamic leadership * * Our Commitment to Our Employees* **We believe our employees are at the heart of our success.
