The Parts Coordinator is responsible for communicating all aspects related to ordering, inventorying vehicle parts and shop supplies. The departments within the facility rely on the parts coordinator to order, check-in, inspect, mirror match parts, organize and deliver. The Parts Coordinator also takes care of receiving parts from suppliers/vendors, returning parts and ensuring all parts are tracked in CARSTAR’s management system.

**DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Order and post Parts, Credits, and Cores into the management system with correct part numbers by end of day.
- Inspect parts for damages and request a credit as required.
- Upload invoices to the management system
- Keep track of credits and cores being returned and ensure they are returned properly.
- Ensure all parts received are labelled and organized by repair order number.
- Mirror match parts received with existing damaged parts identified during estimate/repair planning.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness in the parts department.
- Perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner that does not expose yourself or other employees to unnecessary risk of injury.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
