**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
As Administrative Assistant you will have the opportunity to assist in various aspects of the operations and overall business, by providing support to team members and managing the diverse day to day admin, in a fast moving operation.

Reporting to the Canadian Business Unit Manager, duties and responsibilities will include, although are not limited to the following:

- Provide supporting to the accounting department as required
- Multi-task by providing ad-hoc administrative support to the region as needed, including reporting, data entry, file maintenance, correspondence etc.
- Provide administrative support to finance and human resources, including as needed.
- Provide back-up support to Service Coordinator, which includes dispatching and creating work orders for Technicians.
- Provide assistance with translation of documents and services, bridging the east and west operations.
- Assist with the management of Test Weight Maintenance Schedule, ensuring upcoming expiries as communicated proactively.
- Assist with regional projects involving multi-site certification/ calibration.
- Provide regional support and assistance with special projects as needed.
- Assist accounts with credit card payments.
- Maintain a relationship of trust with vendors to ensure company’s needs are met.
- Other duties as assigned

**Profile**:

- 1 years of experience in an administrative position.
- Bilingual in both French and English is a requirement.
- Experience with Accounting
- Strong administrative experience required, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Works productively in a fast-paced environment with a positive, determined attitude
- Able to multi-task to respond to the changing priorities in a timely fashion.
- Strong relationship, and communication skills with ability to influence others.
- Analytical mindset, with proven ability for being resourceful and implementing effective solutions
- Autonomous with exceptional organisation skills and ability to work in a systematic, methodical and orderly way.
- Team player with ability to jump in to assist all areas and desire to continuously grow and define role.
- Knowledge of the Canadian industrial weigh scale industry advantageous, but not essential.

En tant qu'adjoint(e) administratif(ve), vous aurez l'occasion de participer à divers aspects des opérations et de l'entreprise en général, en offrant un soutien aux membres de l'équipe et en gérant les diverses tâches administratives quotidiennes, dans le cadre d'une activité qui évolue rapidement.

Relevant du directeur de l'unité d'affaires canadienne, les tâches et les responsabilités comprennent, sans s'y limiter, les éléments suivants:

- Fournir un service à la clientèle de première ligne en répondant aux appels et aux courriels des clients de façon professionnelle et courtoise, en assurant un suivi au besoin.
- Faire preuve de polyvalence en fournissant un soutien administratif ad hoc à la région, selon les besoins, y compris la production de rapports, la saisie de données, la tenue de dossiers, la correspondance, etc.
- Fournir un soutien au département de la comptabilité selon les besoins
- Fournir un soutien administratif aux finances et aux ressources humaines, notamment selon les besoins.
- Fournir un soutien d'appoint au coordonnateur des services, notamment en répartissant et en créant des bons de travail pour les techniciens.
- Fournir une assistance pour la traduction des documents et des services, en faisant le lien entre les opérations Est et Ouest.
- Aider à la gestion du calendrier de maintenance des masses d'essai, en veillant à ce que les prochaines échéances soient communiquées de manière proactive.
- Aider aux projets régionaux impliquant une certification/un étalonnage multi-sites.
- Fournir un soutien régional et une assistance pour les projets spéciaux, selon les besoins.
- Aider les comptes à effectuer les paiements par carte de crédit.
- Maintenir une relation de confiance avec les fournisseurs pour s'assurer que les besoins de l'entreprise sont satisfaits.
- Autres tâches selon les besoins.

**Profil**:

- 1 an d'expérience dans un poste administratif.
- Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est une exigence.
- Solide expérience administrative requise, maîtrise avancée des produits Microsoft Office (en particulier Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint).
- Travaille de manière productive dans un environnement au rythme rapide avec une attitude positive et déterminée.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois pour répondre aux priorités changeantes en temps opportun.
- Solides compétences en matière de relations et de communication, avec la capacité d'influencer les autres.
