Hospitality & Ops Admin Support

**Key Areas of Accountability**:
**1. Administration Support**
- Resourceful, innovative, and proactive departmental support for Leaders of Company's across Hospitality Operations; Finance, Human Resources
- Organizing and maintaining various physical and electronic documents, records and systems
- Formatting and reviewing information for internal and external communication
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information for new and existing projects
**2. Organizational Excellence**
- Exceptional time management, organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail
- Maintaining and supporting needs of locations (office, brewery, tasting rooms, restaurants) day to day operations - on a case by case basis
**3. On-site Hospitality Operations**
- Weekly ordering for FOH and beverage needs
- Monthly inventory counts and waste management
- Cash management including counting and tip distribution

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
