Overview:
Join our team at Rossdown as an integral part of our administrative operations. We are seeking a skilled HR Admin / Receptionist to manage a wide range of responsibilities essential to the smooth functioning of our office and HR department. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement as required.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for office staff.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital files and records.
- Assist in the recruitment process by collecting resumes and scheduling interviews for union roles.
- Provide support during the onboarding process for new hires.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
- Assist in scheduling production and maintaining absence management records.
- Maintain accurate records of contractor timesheets and employee information.
- Administer the scan card system, overseeing access assignment and management.
- Manage content on office TVs to promote company culture and communicate important events.

**Experience**:

- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- HR Post Secondary Education - nice to have
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00 per hour
