**Key Responsibilities**:
- Office Administration_
- Manage office supplies, mail, and organization of office space
- Support internal departments with administrative tasks
- Assist in coordinating meetings, filing documents, and data entry
- Warranty Coordination_
- Serve as the primary contact for homeowners regarding warranty claims
- Log and track all warranty requests using our internal systems
- Schedule service appointments with trades and follow up on progress
- Communicate clearly and effectively with homeowners and trade partners
- Ensure warranty issues are resolved within company timelines
- Prepare warranty documentation and reports for internal review
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
