**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate human resources functions including recruitment, and employee relations.
- Maintain organized administrative records and files.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Sage (Simply) accounting
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll Experience, Human Resources, ROE experience.
- Answering and directing telephone calls to the correct department.
- Able to juggle many tasks at once. There are many other tasks to list them all.
- This role involves providing general administrative support to the owner and support staff, handling correspondence, with all clerical duties.

Pay: $20.69-$26.24 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
