**Missions**:
- Atteignez vos objectifs personnels de revenus/profits en prospectant et en attirant de nouvelles entreprises.
- Capacité à identifier les décideurs et à vendre les services Mercantile Exchanges.
- Maintenir l'expertise de l'industrie grâce à la formation et au perfectionnement professionnel.
- Tirez parti de votre réseau afin de détecter de nouvelles opportunités pour Mercantile Exchange en identifiant des clients potentiels, en fournissant des informations sur l'industrie, en établissant des relations et en faisant connaître Mercantile Exchange sur le marché.
**Qualifications**:
- Expérience d'appel sur leads non qualifiés ou en centre d’appel. L'expérience de la gestion des relations clients est un atout, mais si vous avez une personnalité extravertie, ce n'est pas une nécessité
- Une personne extrêmement positive et énergique, ouverte à être coachée et encadrée afin d’assimiler les bonnes pratiques de notre industrie.
- Un diplôme d’école supérieur ou un cursus universitaire de 4 ans est un atout mais pas essentiel.
- Une expérience dans un environnement de vente par téléphone à fort volume d'appels est un atout mais pas indispensable.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication.
- Personne ambitieuse cherchant à être promue d'ici un an de représentant des ventes internes à cambiste.
- Bilingues (français et anglais) est une obligation.
**Avantages du poste**:
- Une combinaison de salaire de 50 000 $ et de commissions non plafonnées de 10 %. La prévision est de 55 à 65 000 $ pour la première année et de 80 000 $ + l'année 2.
