As an Inside Sales Representative, reporting to the Manager, Inside Sales, you will provide an unparalleled client experience as a trusted point of contact for our clients who are looking to build their credit. You will help to educate prospective clients on credit, financial products, and selling the credit building services offered by Refresh Financial.
**To help us achieve our goals, you will be responsible for**:
- Responding to inbound calls and returning calls in a timely manner and with accuracy in order to sell credit building products and services to clients throughout Canada
- Continually growing and servicing an active client book by contacting the leads that are provided by Refresh
- Conducting post-sale data validation and administrative processes
- Retaining existing clients by managing client expectations through clear communication and troubleshooting any issues with the help of team members in other departments
- Referring escalations to a Team Lead when an account investigation is required
- Actively participating in product development and launches blitzes and process improvement initiatives
- Work on special projects, as requested by TL and/or Manager
**A bit about you**:
- You have 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- You have a passion for selling and providing exceptional customer service
- You have a high school diploma at minimum
- You are computer literate and comfortable using systems including MS Office
- You have efficient typing skills and can type at least 65 words per minute
- You’re energized by speaking with people and able to convincing them to see the benefits of a product or service
- You’re driven by the opportunity to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge
- You have strong communication skills
- Personal Finance and lending experience is considered an asset
- Experience working with Salesforce is considered an asset
- Must be fluent in written and spoken French
