**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:Provide support to retail deposit staff and handle administrative tasks to assist internal staff in addressing member needs. Provide feedback to retail staff to ensure documentation consistency and accuracy. Ensure all assigned administrative duties are completed promptly and with meticulous attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Demonstrate adept internal communication skills and effective triaging capabilities to ensure seamless information flow within the team, reaching out to colleagues for additional information when needed.
- **Risk & Compliance**:Enhance risk mitigation efforts and conduct compliance reviews of account documentation across all retail branches and uphold compliance standards in all member interactions and records.
- **Service Excellence & Projects**: As an internal service champion, uphold the highest standards of support teamwork, and collaboration. Provide support for special projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Financial industry experience preferred, but will consider education and/or a combination of education and experience
- Basic knowledge of banking systems, deposit account opening, and registered products is an asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-focused, team approach and strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize work requirements to meet deadlines and time constraints while adapting well to change
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; ensuring professionalism, timeliness and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while following department procedures
