**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The **Deposit Support Officer, **reporting to the Manager Deposit Support, holds a crucial support role within a highly functional team environment. This permanent full-time position works within a team of meticulously organized support professionals. In this role, the **Deposit Support Officer** is committed to maintaining excellent member service and maximizing operational efficiency across all aspects of deposit support.
- ** Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to internal colleagues in all branches and departments, to meet member needs. Including, but not limited to; monitoring bill payments, processing remittances, providing support for outgoing wires and processing incoming wires, reconciling internal accounts, providing administrative and technical support for the Customer Automated Funds Transfer program (CAFT), investigate and troubleshoot Member card errors and online banking issues. Ensure all assigned administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Demonstrate exceptional internal communication skills and effective triaging capabilities to ensure seamless information flow within the team, reaching out to colleagues for additional information when needed.
- **Service Excellence**: As an internal service champion, uphold the highest standards of support teamwork, and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- Financial industry experience preferred but will consider a combination of education and experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize work requirements to meet deadlines and adapt to change
- Proven computer and keyboarding skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
