Big Time Watches is a premier watch retailer based in Montreal, with 30 years of experience in the fashion watch industry. We pride ourselves on staying at the forefront of trends and providing our customers with stylish and trendy timepieces.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Big Time Watches. In this role, you will engage with retail customers, showcase our latest collections, and help them find the perfect watch that matches their style. Your passion for fashion and watches will be key to driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

**In-Store Sales & Customer Engagement**:

- Provide a superior customer experience that fosters brand loyalty and drives repeat sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through masterful product demonstrations and personalized service.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our product range and present watches in an appealing, organized display.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Execute cash register functions accurately and efficiently during customer transactions.
- Support the store's visual merchandising efforts, ensuring a neat and inviting environment for timepieces.

**Collaboration**:
Work cohesively with your team to synchronize in-store promotions and digital campaign messaging, fostering a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales (minimum 2-3 years), preferably in fashion or accessories.
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience and/or sales experience in a retail sales environment
- Dynamic personality who enjoys working with the public
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in French & English (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Ability to work individually and with a team
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
- A passion for watches and knowledge of current fashion trends is highly desirable.

**Schedule**

Multiple shifts available based on mall hours of operation.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
