Cyclone Metal Products is a 25 + year fully diversified custom metal fabrication shop located in Regina.
We have a great opportunity available for an experienced full time Office Manager to be part of our growing team. We offer a competitive salary, benefit package and a fun friendly work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities and tasks of this position include:
- General receptionist duties
- Basic data entry bookkeeping duties including accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Development of inter-office communication protocols
- Development and implementation of office policies
- Streamlining all administrative procedures
- Answer phones, greet and communicate with customers
- Receive and enter vendor packing slips
- Match vendor packing slips to vendor invoices and input into ERP system.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum of one to two years of experience in an office manager or similar role is required in addition to the following skills:
- Professional communication with customers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Ability to effectively multitask
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Basic knowledge of office administrative practices and procedures
- Basic working knowledge of operation of office equipment
**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
