Shift: Monday to Fridays, 8:00am to 4:30pm

**Minimal Requirements**:

- University / College degree in Accounting
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

**Nice to Have Requirements**:

- Previous accounting experience in manufacturing

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately match and verify invoices with packing slips and purchase orders in ERP system
- Follow up and resolve variances between invoice, packing slip and purchase orders
- Ensure all non
- PO payments are properly authorized
- Post accounts payable invoices into ERP system
- Maintain proper month-end cut off
- Calculate and journalize RITC monthly
- Accrue for the appropriate expense monthly
- Reconcile Intercompany AP accounts monthly
- Process and post payments and EFT
- Bank Cheque Fraud Protection Program
- Follow-up CFP exception items
- Reconciles supplier statements on random basis
- Maintains vendor/supplier files
- Performs general filing tasks
- Other duties as assigned
