Position: Accounts Payable Analyst

Location : Southbridge Care Cambridge

Southbridge Health Care LP (Southbridge) is currently looking to add a talented Accounts Payable Analyst to our amazing corporate finance team at our head office in Cambridge, ON_. _Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Analyst will support the accounts payable function of Southbridge’s Long-Term Care and Retirement homes.

Southbridge is the owner and operator of long-term care homes and retirement communities in Ontario. Southbridge’s mission is to operate a best-in-class portfolio of care homes and retirement communities that consistently deliver excellence in care and services in an economically sustainable manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Accounts Payable function including timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
- Prepare account reconciliations.
- Process cheque runs and EFT payments.
- Review invoices and resolve discrepancies through discussions with home staff and operations.
- Ensure appropriate authorization for invoicing and employee expenses is received.
- Assist in preparation of AP reporting packages.
- Assist with audit requests where needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Sage Intacct is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
- Post-secondary in areas of business, accounting or related field considered and asset.
- Professional certification (e.g. CAPP) is a plus.
