IT Ideas is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our team. As a Project Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects from beginning to completion. Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you will be assigned projects and work closely with project teams to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction. Your expertise in project management methodologies and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of projects within defined timelines and budgets. 



Responsibilities: 

1. Project Planning and Coordination: 
- Collaborate with the Professional Services Manager to understand project requirements and objectives. 
- Contribute to project planning activities, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. 
- Coordinate project activities and ensure project teams are aligned and working towards project goals. 



2. Project Execution and Monitoring: 
- Facilitate the execution of projects, ensuring tasks are completed according to defined project plans. 
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks, issues, and deviations from project plans. 
- Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and mitigate project risks. 



3. Documentation and Reporting: 
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and deliverables. 
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible to project teams and stakeholders. 
- Provide regular project updates to the Professional Services Manager and other stakeholders as required. 



4. Stakeholder Communication and Management: 
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project teams and stakeholders. 
- Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and documentation of meeting minutes. 
- Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 



5. Quality Assurance and Change Enablement: 
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. 
- Submit change requests, assess impacts, and contribute to change enablement processes. 
- Support the implementation of change requests and ensure proper documentation and communication. 



6. Project Closure and Lessons Learned: 
- Facilitate project closure activities, including documentation of lessons learned and project evaluation. 
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies. 
- Capture and share project insights to enhance future project delivery capabilities. 



Qualifications: 
- Post-Secondary Education including a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional technical certifications or advanced degrees are a plus. 
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, project coordination, or similar roles within the IT industry. 
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. 
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar). 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate through project challenges. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
- Certifications such as Microsoft MCP/MCSA/MCSE, Microsoft Azure / 365 Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, CCNA / CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in project documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
