**Growth Marketing Manager - Mobile Gaming**

**Responsibilities**:

- Help our target users find our games and grow downloads for our large portfolio of mobile apps for kids.
- Analyze, plan, and execute ASO A/B tests on the App Stores, and measure impact.
- Analyze, plan, and execute ASO Keyword Optimization best practices on the App Store pages, and measure impact.
- Manage app submission processes with accurate and compliant information.
- Coordinate asset creation, working with Graphic Designers and development teams, obtaining approvals and localizing copy.
- Perform competitive and market reviews on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the Amazon App Store.
- Measure KPIs and deliver ongoing product marketing analysis to continually refine marketing strategies around the user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of two years experience in a similar position
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
- Very organized with strong project management skills
- Detail oriented with experience in following standardized processes
- Ability to multi-tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral presentation skills with strong knowledge of Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Genuine interest in Digital Marketing and mobile gaming

**Preferred experience (but not required)**:

- Bachelor’s in Marketing or in a related field
- Knowledge in different areas of Marketing: mobile, product marketing, online, offline, promotions and brands...
- Experience as a Marketer working with other internal departments such as Production, Business Development and Finance
- Experience in managing clients, partners and/or top tier brand
- Experience in digital/app user acquisition campaigns
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- French language proficiency (or other languages)
