**About the role**

As the Marketing Manager, you will help design and implement eStruxture’s strategic marketing plan in order to support our fast growth trajectory. And at eStruxture we mean FAST: we grew into the largest Canadian data center platform in under 5 years and we’re just getting started

Your role is that of a marketing generalist and spans across digital, content, social media, events, and brand with an enhanced focus on demand generation. Working closely with the Marketing Director, who you will be reporting to, and our marketing agency, you will ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals, as well as our company’s brand and image.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Demand Generation**
- Understand our audience and their specific profiles in order to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention via paid and organic marketing initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and make recommendations regarding resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute inbound and outbound campaigns
- Plan and produce content for every stage of the marketing funnel.
- Create and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns for targeted B2B audiences.
- Provide expertise for the development and improvements of the corporate website and web best practices (SEO/SEM).
- Own our marketing automation tool (HubSpot) and ensure accurate campaign execution (manage contact lists, nurture, conversions, chatbot).
- Measure and optimize everything
- **Content Creation**
- Help develop marketing and sales collateral that is useful and delightful at the same time.
- Help review and edit marketing and communications content.
- **Brand Marketing**
- Be an advocate for the eStruxture brand - both internally and externally.
- Understand marketing trends, our customers’ needs, the competitive landscape, as well as our company’s vision in order to decide the best brand positioning strategies.
- Support senior staff with content, presentations, collateral.
- **Other Stuff**
- Use this time to be curious, stick your nose in other people’s business, ask questions, experiment, learn, think out of the box, and, importantly, have fun.

**Competencies & technical knowledge**
- Fully bilingual (French and English) with excellent storytelling skills.
- Strategic thinker with sound judgement.
- Ability to synthesize and present complex data to various stakeholders in the company
- Ability to define strategies based on business goals and customer insights.
- A good sense of humor.
- Experience with marketing analytics and marketing automation tools (HubSpot and NetSuite a plus*)
- Proficient with GSuite and Microsoft Office tools
- Basic graphic design skills*

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience

**Experience required**
- 8+ years overall experience in marketing with 5+ years digital marketing experience.
- Excellent storytelling ability and proven experience writing and editing marketing content for B2B.
- Deep understanding of organic and paid marketing channels
- Solid experience with growth marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition in a B2B environment.
- Solid experience with marketing analytics and marketing automation tools (HubSpot and NetSuite a plus).
- Experience in implementing SEO/SEM processes and best-practices.
- Experience in telecom or data center industry is a HUGE asset. *
