Profile Overview
We are looking for a
Growth & Content Marketing Specialist
who can take full ownership of our content, creative, and
distribution engine
, from strategy to execution. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the voice, presence, and growth trajectory of a strong SaaS brand.

. Beyond creating assets, you will ensure our message reaches the right audiences where they actively engage: from
Reddit communities to LinkedIn, YouTube, social channels, newsletters, and partner networks
. You'll operate the full cycle: ideation, creation, and high-frequency distribution that amplifies reach, drives conversations, and fuels ongoing growth.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:
- Create and launch a distribution strategy for upcoming product updates
, ensuring announcements are amplified across social, communities, newsletter, and paid channels. - Identify high-quality blogs, publications, creators, and partners
to pursue PR-style collaborations, guest posts, backlinks, and co-marketing opportunities that expand brand visibility. - Revamp and differentiate our presence on key listings
(G2, Capterra, Alternatives), improving positioning, visibility, and review-driven proof points.
Your responsibilities
- Own the production, refresh, and optimization of ad creatives across all paid platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube).
- Manage the full
content production and distribution engine
, including newsletters, social posts, Reddit community engagement, LinkedIn publishing, YouTube content distribution, and cross-channel repurposing. - Lead and execute all
social media initiatives
, ensuring consistent publishing, audience engagement, community monitoring, and growth across key platforms. - Drive
PR, backlink, and partnership outreach
by sourcing high-quality blogs, publications, creators, and partners for collaborations, guest content, co-marketing, and visibility opportunities. - Lead all
external promotional initiatives
, including campaigns for reviews, managing listings, lead-generation assets, and product launches.
What You bring to the table
- 5+ years of experience
in growth marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS. - Strong skills in
content creation and multi-channel distribution
, including social media, newsletters, community engagement, and video platforms. - Proven ability to produce and optimize
ad creatives
(static, video, copy) for performance-driven campaigns. - Experience managing
social media initiatives
, especially in professional and community-driven platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube. - Solid understanding of
backlink outreach, and PR-style partnerships
to expand reach and authority. - Comfort with
marketing tools and workflow automation
(CMS, email platforms, ad managers, scheduling tools, AI-assisted content tools). - Highly autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple channels and creative cycles simultaneously.
