We are looking for our next ambitious, highly skilled, and entrepreneurial-minded growth marketing professional who can help us lead our growth marketing. You will be working closely with our internal resources to grow clients' businesses. Using your insights and guidance, we will build products, campaigns, and other marketing activities, to drive revenue for our clients. We expect you to structure growth activities, establish standard operating procedures, and develop new ways to help grow our clients' businesses.

We have excellent creative and production capacity in-house for larger campaigns, but we also expect you to be a doer, who can execute smaller initiatives or prototype bigger ones on your own.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You’re a thinker and doer - Together with our strategy, design and development teams, you will understand our clients’ needs and recommend strong digital marketing strategies to match. You and the growth team will then turn your strategy into tangible results by running, monitoring and optimizing the marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will be working closely with our UX/UI specialists to analyze our client’s current website and suggest design changes to improve conversion and sales.
**The main responsibilities of this role are**:

- Drive positive ROI for our clients by building, planning, and running client growth initiatives and campaigns.
- Build innovative and exciting digital marketing strategies for our clients.
- Become the go-to advisor for all our client's marketing needs in the long term.
- Lead, mentor and expand our ambitious growth team.
- Create client proposals, presentations and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in sales meetings and showcase your experts.
- Collaborate with internal (design, development) and external teams on projects to drive growth and efficiency.
- Leverage a constant test-and-learn approach to drive client ROI and conversion
