Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will design and execute marketing strategies that position Hubbleo as a leader in its industry. Responsibilities include driving brand awareness, crafting and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, analyzing campaign performance, and overseeing content creation. The role also involves collaborating cross-functionally to identify opportunities for growth, engaging key stakeholders, and continuously optimizing marketing efforts to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, and growth marketing strategies
  • Strong skills in Content Marketing, Content Strategy, and market research techniques
  • Background in Analytics and campaign analysis to assess and improve marketing performance
  • Proficiency in Branding, Social Media Management, and CRM tools
  • Proven ability to develop and lead integrated marketing strategies
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
  • Past experience in a SaaS or healthcare technology company is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
