We are looking to hire a

Responsible for providing a variety of responsible, confidential and complex support functions to assigned executive. Successfully complete critical or sensitive project tasks, of deliverable assignments, with a hands-on approach ensuring project risks are escalated when necessary. Assist with the disposition of confidential documentation and information from internal departments, clients and other. Assist with the department budget (e.g. review of variance reports, tracking expenditures, paying invoices, etc.) which may include navigation, data entry, editing and other administrative changes through a corporate finance and accounting software system. Prepare confidential correspondence, memorandums, reports, etc. from rough draft to final copy ensuring 100% accuracy before distribution.

**This role will be expected to come into office one day a week and also during strategic/leadership meetings.
**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide a variety of responsible, confidential and complex support functions to assigned executive, while ensuring adherence to established corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
- Create, analyze, manipulate and edit complex and confidential projects (e.g., organizational charts, board materials, executive reports, database edits, presentations, memorandums, confidential file creations, executive summaries, etc.) potentially utilizing multiple data sources with autonomy.
- Successfully complete critical or sensitive project tasks with a hands on approach, follow up, ensuring project risks are escalated as needed.
- Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow through on projects to successful completion.
- Ensure data, reports and other confidential or complex information is backed up in multiple secure databases and files.
- May be asked to work with varying internal support groups (e.g., Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, Facilities, Purchasing, etc.) regarding project coordination.
- Assist with department budget (e.g., review of variance reports, tracking expenditures, paying invoices, etc.) which many include navigation, data entry, editing, and other administrative changes through a corporate finance and accounting software system.
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Plan or coordinate events (e.g., offsite meetings, lunches, dinner reservations, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Prepare confidential correspondence, memorandums, reports, etc., from rough draft to final copy ensuring 100% accuracy before distribution.
- Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas with corporate travel team and complete expense report for travel as necessary.
- Maintain executive’s calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.

**Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications**:
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Additional specialized secretarial course work in office practices, management or business administration preferred.

**What Experiences You Bring**:

- Minimum 4 years increasingly responsible experience required as an administrative assistance for a Director, EVP, VP or other high-level corporate officer of a medium to large corporation.
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access required.
