The Dufresne Group is currently seeking an **Executive Assistant** to support one of our Brand Leaders. This role will be located at our **Home Office** at **147 Commerce Drive** in **Winnipeg, MB**.**

As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing operational, project and senior administrative support to the Brand Leader, and other Executives as required. In this role, you will manage a number of key support functions to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the office, thereby enabling the Brand Leader to focus on achieving the company's strategic and operational goals.

As the Executive Assistant you will:

- Develop and execute a divisional organizational system to track key deliverables and strategic priorities.
- Manage master document system including key corporate records, contracts, documents, and reports.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, which sometimes require research and often deal with sensitive and confidential matters.
- Develop monthly reporting summaries, track down information and provide first level analysis.
- Attend meetings as required, take minutes and summarize, and distribute action plans and create follow ups.
- Manage special projects assigned by the leadership team.
- Maintain information on shared drive and TDG Connect (SharePoint site).
- Serve as the liaison between the Brand Leader and the Executive Management Committee, the general public, suppliers, customers and employees of the company.
- Arrange meetings for the Brand Leader, both internal and external, at the company's facilities (book meeting rooms, order refreshments, set up conference calls, etc.).
- Prepare presentations, handouts and supporting material for meetings.
- Execute all travel arrangements and requirements.
- Complete and process monthly expense reports.
- Interact extensively with others on the phone and in person.
- Provide vacation coverage for other EA and Administrative Assistants as needed.
- Post-secondary education in business administration is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Manager is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple intake channels efficiently.
- Superior computer skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote and Power BI.
- Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations.
- Ability to create one page communication documents, using illustrative and numerical summaries.
- High professionalism with the ability to work with confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and understanding importance of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
- Self-motivated with a positive team approach to resolutions.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and think quick when action is required.
- Experience with project planning is an asset.

**Other Information**:

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
