Digital Marketing Lead

**SUMMARY**
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for the planning, development, implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy including management of all D2C digital touchpoints, activities, timelines, contributors, and corresponding budgets. This individual is also responsible for conducting marketing research, analyzing, and developing reports to review, assess and adapt strategy to optimize D2C growth and brand awareness with best in class and innovative campaigns.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify trends and insights for development of new and creative digital growth strategies.
- Develop and execute plans to improve the quality of online content.
- Develop, test, and implement initiatives designed to drive traffic and increase sales from D2C website - this includes D2C eblasts, social ads, Google ads and other.
- Measure and report performance of digital ads and marketing campaigns and assess against business goals (KPIs and ROI).
- Use Google Analytics reports and insights to develop plans and recommendations to optimize sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
- Implement keyword and SEO best practices to influence high page ranking in search engines.
- Develop and execute plans to grow our social media presence. This includes writing and curating content for social media platforms, managing a social media content calendar, and being our in-house social media expert with the goal of boosting our engagement rates and raising our brand profile on social media channels.
- Support development of content for D2C website. This includes implementing regular home page updates, assisting with studio and lifestyle photoshoots, writing compelling web content for product and corporate web pages, etc.
- Create digital ads.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- BA in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Communication or related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience launching and/or managing Ecomm websites - previous experience with BigCommerce considered an asset.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends).
- Experience working with social media marketing platforms including Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later or others
- Proven experience writing engaging content including eblasts, social media content, website content, blogs, product news, etc.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience managing customer reviews considered an asset.

**Salary**: $34,709.25-$75,000.00 per year
