The Role

We're looking for a 
Senior Digital Marketing Strategist
 to lead the development and execution of integrated digital strategies. This is a hands-on role that requires strategic judgment, analytical strength, and confident client communication.

You'll be expected to move comfortably between research, planning, execution, optimization, and reporting — and to explain your thinking clearly along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct audience, market, and competitive research and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Design comprehensive, measurable digital marketing strategies
  • Implement, manage, and optimize multi-platform campaigns
  • Analyze performance data and produce clear, polished reports and recommendations
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops
  • Contribute to training materials, courses, and thought leadership
  • Stay current with relevant platforms, tools, and industry trends
  • Take initiative in strengthening both client work and internal processes

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years professional experience in digital marketing strategy (agency or in-house)
  • Experience working across multiple channels, including content, paid, search, email, and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data and reporting tools (e.g. GA4)
  • Demonstrated success delivering and optimizing digital strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong time management, judgment, and follow-through

This role requires strategic breadth. Candidates whose experience is limited primarily to social media execution may find this position is not the right fit.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in film, television, media, and/or travel & tourism
  • Experience delivering training or leading workshops
  • Journalism or professional writing background
