**Showings Administrator**

The Showings Administrator acts as a resource for our clients and assists them with understanding our showings service and how it can help them get their property sold. The Showings Administrator’s role is to be the point of contact for buyer’s agents and private buyers in order to facilitate booking showings. This can involve helping external real estate agents sign up for our showings tool, assisting with unavailable appointment times and any other issues that come up over the course of a FairSquare listing.

**What you will do**:

- Complete introduction calls to clients to explain Showings service.
- Respond to inquiries sent to the department inbox including requests for property information, issues with lockboxes, and other inquiries.
- Answer incoming phone calls to book and confirm showings, identify commission amounts being offered, and providing information about our process to agents.
- Creating tasks in showings confirmation agenda and for other departments as needed.
- Keep detailed notes of conversations so that others who may answer future calls have necessary information to provide accurate responses.
- Book walk throughs and inspections in the agenda.
- Provide listing status updates to external Realtors who have viewed FairSquare properties when properties are sold, either conditionally or firm.
- Receive feedback about listings from agents and relay this information back to the seller.
- Additional responsibilities, as assigned

**What's required/expected**:

- Two or more years' experience in customer service
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a passion for real estate
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (customer focus)
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- A flexible schedule is required to facilitate working some evenings and weekends
