**Overview**

**Duties**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage tenant onboarding processes, including lease agreements and move-in coordination.
- Maintain accurate tenant records through data entry and filing systems.
- Utilize buildium software for property management tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist in sales efforts by promoting available units and maintaining positive relationships with prospective tenants.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with tenants to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Facilitate communication between tenants and property management regarding maintenance requests using our tasking system.
- Employ negotiation skills to handle lease renewals and tenant disputes effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Buildium or similar property management software is desirable but not req.
- Previous office experience with a focus on administrative tasks is essential.
- Strong background in customer service, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with tenants.
- Experience in sales or marketing within the property management sector is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills to manage lease agreements and tenant relations effectively.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and maintain records.
- Competence in data entry and filing systems to ensure organized documentation of tenant information.
- Knowledge of CMMS for handling maintenance requests efficiently.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
