**What You Will Do**

As part of a collaborative team, the Community Services Coordinator will play a pivotal role in creating an environment where tenants thrive and our property shines. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the tenant life cycle.
- Tenant contact and issue resolution
- Support leasing and marketing efforts
- Manage lease process and compliance
- Coordinate unit turnovers and documentation
- Foster positive tenant relationships
- Collaborate for timely service resolution
- Assist in rent collections and recordkeeping
- Engage tenants through events and feedback
- Maintain safety and security measures

**Work Environment**
