We’re looking for a Tenant Services Coordinator who is extremely customer service driven and enjoys administrative work. This role is on the front-line and responds to a variety of tenant inquiries and customer questions in an efficient, friendly, & professional manner. This position will be located at Purdy’s Wharf in Halifax.

**RESPONSIBILITIES***:
**_Coordination + Administration_***:

- Administrative duties such as maintenance of information in property management systems, dispatching work orders, managing tenant billables, issuing purchase orders and other related functions
- Assisting with planning, coordination, and execution of events
- Maintenance of tenant signage, assisting with coordinating new tenant welcome activities, and various ad-hoc projects
- Tenant related information database updates and maintenance of files
- Responsibility for ongoing management of the office (supplies, copiers, courier, etc )

**_Communication + Customer Service_***:

- Develop and maintain an effective line of communication with staff, tenants and contractors; coordinate with site staff and liaise with various internal teams to provide support as required
- Managing the communication and execution of Tenant Advisory Notices

**QUALIFICATIONS***:

- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Passionate about customer service and always looking for ways to go above and beyond
- Nimble + adaptable with strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and able to navigate complex situations
- Interested in property management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- A high level of professionalism as this role works with professional tenants
- Collaborative nature with strong communication skills
- Post Secondary education
