**Position Overview**

We are seeking a creative and organized Art Development Coordinator to support and manage various artistic projects and collaborations. The Art Development Coordinator will work closely with artists, clients, and internal teams to bring creative visions to life while maintaining timelines and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage art projects from conception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
- Plan art timeline to match with calendar and promotional timelines.
- Manage and coordinate with artists to curate and organize artwork collections for the multiple brands under TAAC Group.
- Ensure all artwork produced maintains a high-quality standard and aligns with company brand and values.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts to enhance the overall artistic vision of TAAC Group.
- Lead the effort in discovering brand new art concepts, ideas and strategies.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in the art world and provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's artistic impact.
- Expand art audience and demography.
- Ensure compliance with copyright and licensing regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Arts Administration or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience or background in art, design, or a related field.
- Familiarity with art development workflows, asset management, and creative production pipelines.
- Experience in working with creative tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modelling software, or design management tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello and Asana is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with creative and non-creative teams.
- Detail-oriented, with an understanding of artistic standards and quality control processes.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle constructive feedback, and adapt to changing project needs.
- A strong understanding of the creative process, from concept through to final delivery.
- Passion for art and a commitment to fostering creativity.

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
