**Position Overview**

The Business Development Coordinator will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement business strategies and achieve company goals.

**Key Responsibilities **
- Identify and assess new market segments, industries, and geographic regions for expansion. 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new business opportunities and potential client needs.
- Maintain knowledge of industry developments and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business development strategies that align with TAAC Group's goals and objectives.
- Continuously explore new business models, revenue streams, and market opportunities to drive growth and innovation within TAAC Group.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. that effectively communicates TAAC Group's value proposition.
- Track business development activities and prepare regular reports.

**Requirements **
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field. 
- Experience with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
- Prior experience in preparing business proposals or conducting market research is a plus. 
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. 
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams. 
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results driven. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and handling various business development activities simultaneously. 
- Familiarity with sales techniques and lead generation strategies.
