**Education & Qualifications**:
- Completion of (or current enrollment in) a post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree program in a related field. Equivalent combinations of experience and education will be considered.

- Prior office experience with understanding of office procedures and processes.
- Experience with Open Invoice, Cortex, and SAP databases.

**Responsibilities**:
- Full Cycle Accounting of the Revenue function.
- Approve herbicide records and other documentation generated by our field staff.
- Maintaining daily crew tracking reports and relevant documentation.
- Complete Daily Work reports on the status of program completion.
- Compiling Daily Work reports detailing program completion status.
- Identifying and communicating documentation inconsistencies to management.
- Generate, compile, track, and submit invoices on various billing platforms.
- Oversee all invoices for client approvals, resubmissions, etc.
- Follow up with Customers for AR collections.
- Generating various reports as required.
- Any other administrative tasks as requested.
**Compensation**:
We offer competitive starting wages with potential for overtime. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience. The position involves 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week. West Country covers the cost of in-house certifications and training.
