**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance to the Marketing Manager with marketing projects, campaigns and tasks.

This would include:
Preparing and placement of print advertising and marketing fliers
Coordinating of direct mail campaigns
Executing digital marketing strategies for the brokerage and real estate agents
Social media content planning for the brokerage and real estate agents
Providing support for video tours of new property listings, virtual house photo tours, promotional videos, etc.
Content creation for use in social media, print advertising and promotional material
Photoshop advertising design
Preparing Facebook/Instagram analytics reports for the brokerage and real estate agents
- Managing relationships and corresponding with real estate agents to assist them in their own marketing activities.
- Managing relationships with third party vendors to ensure they are on time and budget with their deliverables.
- Assisting with the promotion of special events such as open houses, charity events and conferences
- Staff and manage the reception desk at a satellite office
- Assist with the maintenance of a clean and professional appearance of the office floors, kitchen, counters
- Back-up of other administrative staff as needed in the brokerage
- Other general administrative duties as assigned

**Hours of Work**

Part-time (15-20 hours per week) during the school year with full time (37.5 hours per week) in the summer. Schedule during the school year can be flexible depending on your school commitments

**Education**

Preference for a 2nd or 3rd year student who is looking to ultimately pursue a career in marketing or real estate. The position is open to students in a related field with a preference for marketing and business.

**Experience**

Some experience working with digital marketing platforms and in a professional office environment is highly desirable.

**Location**

This is an in-office position situated at our real estate Shop located at 787 Bank St. 2nd floor in Ottawa.

**Compensation**

$18-$20 per hour
