Sleepwell is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with various tasks and projects that contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and edit content for marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements
- Conduct market research to support the team in making informed decisions
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including trade shows and webinars
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
- Maintain marketing databases and assist with data analysis
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a marketing or advertising role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress
- Must know how to use Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Adwords, Instagram Reels and CapCut.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
