As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting real estate agents in Ottawa in setting up and optimizing their digital marketing tools and strategies. You will also work closely with the Marketing Manager to support day-to-day marketing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing Consultation**: Collaborate with real estate agents to understand their goals and needs, and provide expert guidance on setting up effective digital marketing strategies.

**Digital Tools Setup**: Assist agents in setting up and configuring various digital marketing tools, including websites, social media profiles and CRM systems(rlpshere).

**Content Creation**: Support agents to develop engaging and relevant content for digital marketing efforts, social media updates and website content.

**Social Media Management**: Create and manage social media profiles, develop content calendars, and implement social media advertising campaigns to increase online presence.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and provide regular reports and insights.

**Training and Support**: One-on-one training sessions to real estate agents on digital marketing best practices, tools, and strategies to ensure they are well-equipped to manage their online presence.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support various marketing initiatives, including community engagement, branding, and advertising campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as WordPress, social media advertising and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
