**JOB SUMMARY**

In collaboration with the Head of Human Resources, the incumbent will participate in the achievement of strategic HR objectives and play a support-advisory role in all human resources mandates. To do this, they will work in collaboration with an HR technician, a paymaster and an OHS coordinator.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Act as the first point of contact with employees on any question relating to human resources, or refer them to the person concerned;
- Carry out the medico-administrative follow-up of CNESST absences and disabilities;
- Respond to various corporate programs related to human resources, such as diversity, employment equity, the annual evaluation process, etc.;
- Recruitment and hiring of administrative and support staff;
- Participate in OHS committee activities, meetings and follow-ups;
- Act as a replacement during the paymaster’s holidays.

**THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE**:

- University degree in human resources management or in industrial relations, or any other experience deemed relevant;
- Member of the Order of CRHA or CRIA (asset);
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in an HR function;
- Be recognized for their communication skills, their ability, attentiveness and their great discretion;
- Structured, organized, autonomous person who is able to manage their priorities;
- Teamwork is a value and a daily priority;
- Mastery of the Office suite;
- Ability for written and oral communication;
- Aptitude for interpersonal and intercultural relations;
- Fluency in French, functional English.
