Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Technician will be responsible for recruiting for entry-level positions and providing administrative support to the Human Resources team.

**YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle by providing support to the recruitment processes for salaried positions (posting, interviews, pre-hire process, etc.).
- Manage various administrative documents related to payroll, such as hires, terminations and changes.
- Enter data into various computer systems and ensure filing updates.
- Prepare the integration and the onboarding plan of new employees.
- Perform any other related human resources duties.

**THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE**:

- 0-2 years of experience in a human resources department; experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset;
- AEC/DEC in human resources or administration or equivalent experience;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.);
- Demonstrate integrity and discretion;
- Demonstrate rigor in your work methodology, good organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Demonstrate autonomy and a sense of initiative;
- Be people-oriented;
- Mastery of French (spoken and written).
