**Our expectations**:
As an **HR Coordinator**, serve as a coordinate and and provide direct support to the Regional Director, HR and Field HR Team. This role is responsible for completing tasks independently and/or as a team member, developing and maintaining database, spreadsheets and assisting with administrative tasks related to various initiatives, development, execution and plans. It also includes a variety of activities to support business operation and various support tasks Able to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate and collaborate with partners while remaining organized and efficient is critical to the successful day-to-day operations of the Field HR team.
**Your role**:
Coordinate HR processes/programs that are implemented and managed within assigned Lowe's functional area. This family includes Field HR, Human Resource Business Partners and Store Support Centers.
Enhance business effectiveness by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics; reading and routing correspondence; maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel; referring to appropriate resource.
Planning, organizing, and reviewing activities concerned with the HR Field Team and act as a resource for smaller assignments while collaborating with various stakeholders. Responsible for providing administrative services to the organization. Activities include responding to inquiries and requests; producing documents; collecting, recording, sorting and filing information; preparing routine reports; arranging meetings; responding to inquiries; and operating office equipment.

**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education in human resources or a related field
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Quality-focused and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Very good knowledge of PPT, XLS, DOC (ex. search v, formulas)
- Ability to establish relationships with various stakeholders
- Professionalism, discretion, integrity and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
