**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional to join our growing team. As a vital member of our HR department, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment to retirement.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture
- Manage employee relations, including handling leaves of absence, performance challenges, and employee concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system
- Assist with benefits administration, ensuring employees understand and can utilize their benefits package
- Good knowledge of Quebec Labour Law and regulations and ensure compliance within the organization
- Develop HR programs and initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Bilingual French and English both spoken and written
- Strong understanding of Quebec Labour law and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
