Job Overview: We are seeking someone with a great attitude to join our young and energetic team. We offer on the job training to the right individual who wants to learn how to create beautiful dentures with their hands; no experience is necessary but an eye for detail and creativity is important to be successful. If you are already a skilled Dental Technician then we are ready for you as well. A background in Dental Assisting is also a major asset in becoming a great technician but not nessessary. **Responsibilities**: - Fabricate dentures: Pour impressions, make custom trays, set denture teeth, process and finish dentures. - Follow detailed instructions and specifications to create accurate dental products - Collaborate with denturists and other team members to ensure high-quality results - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laboratory **Requirements**: - Have reliable transportation. - Previous experience in a dental office or laboratory setting no required but helpful if you posess and maintain an attitude of learning "how we do it here." - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a "Can-do" attitude you will do well. - Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship - We call this "Excellence is in the Details", the more detail you pay attention to, the more excellent the product or service.
