**Overview**

Mobile Tech Lab is seeking an experienced Advanced Electronics Technician / Technician Trainee to join our growing team for a full-time/part-time position at our above listed locations. A customer experience representative embodies our excellent understanding of consumer tech and excellent repair quality, culminating in an all round pleasant customer experience. Starting rate is $15

**Hours of Operation**
- 10AM to 6PM every day.

**Job Duties**
- Repair electronic devices as they are entered in the queue.
- Communicate with front desk staff on progress of repair tickets.
- Intake arriving stock and organize as needed.
- Maintain professional demeanour at work and tidy working space.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of iPhones, Samsung, and other smartphone repair techniques.
- Ability to perform micro-soldering repairs.
- Ability to diagnose device issues and perform complex board level troubleshooting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the industry; 5 years preferred.

**Other Considerations**
- Technicians will need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English with customers and other non-technical staff. Bilingualism is an asset.
- Mobility (with a valid license and vehicle) is an asset, as technicians may be shuffled across our multiple locations.
- Quickly diagnosing repair issues.
