**Full Job Description - Dental Lab Technician (Ortho Focus)**

We are currently looking for a **high-quality Ortho Technician** to join our growing team at **Grant Crown & Bridge** in Winnipeg.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, fabricate, and repair orthodontic appliances based on dental prescriptions
- Work with CAD/CAM software and EXOCAD for digital design
- Pour models, make custom trays, and bite registrations in the wet lab
- Carve, grind, polish, and finish orthodontic appliances to ensure proper fit and appearance
- Receive, organize, and prepare dental cases for delivery or pick-up at dental offices within Winnipeg
- Maintain inventory and stock supplies as needed
- Rotate through cleaning and lab maintenance duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support lab operations

**What We’re Looking For**
- **1-2 years of hands-on experience** in a dental lab, specifically in orthodontics
- Familiarity with **CAD/CAM and EXOCAD** design software
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid **Class 5 driver’s license**:

- Ability to commute to our Winnipeg lab or relocate prior to starting
