Qualifications for Property Managers on our team are as follows:
**MUST** be Licensed through CMRAO
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in managing condo properties.
- You must love dealing with people
- Problem solving along with strong organizational and negotiating skills is what will make you successful.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook (Yardi Property Management preferred but not required)
- You will have crazy hours dealing with homeowners’ largest asset ever.

Finally, a True Passion to deliver exceptional Customer Service is an absolute must, as we believe in building good relationships with all of our residents.
